Behind every successful person is generally an individual or group of people who are the back bone of the success. Chris Rhodes Racing has just that. The pit crew are more than just people who help out on the car. They are the family; the" brothers and sisters" who unselfishly give up their free time to help maintain the racing operation and give their full support through both the bad and good times. Without them, Chris Rhodes Racing could not successfully exist. The team exists in harmony because first and foremost they are all friends. The pit crew does not disappear when the season ends, they instead bond together over the winter months and prepare for the following season.
