The pit crew are more than just people who help out on the car. They are the family; the" brothers and sisters" who unselfishly give up their free time to help maintain the racing operation and give their full support through both the bad and good times. Without them, Chris Rhodes Racing could not successfully exist. The team exists in harmony because first and foremost they are all friends.
